Service writer, Craig Davis was awesome when I brought my 2015 truck in for a recent service to Riverside Chevrolet . He was very polite and had a likable personality. After it was serviced, Craig called me right away to let me know everything was completed and truck was ready for pickup. Pleasant experience for not having an appointment that day. Thank you Craig!

Your service department is top notch! After buying a vehicle at another dealership, the A/C stopped working two weeks later. They said they couldn't even look at the car for three weeks. We came to you the same day and met Craig in service, and he got the car in immediately. Craig, along with everyone else there, is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Riverside Chevy is who we will be bringing all of our cars to from now on.

Brian in the service department did a great job as always. We discussed what was due for normal service and it was time to have the brakes done. He shared the options and specials they currently had, and I was able to lower the cost, while it turned out that only the front brakes needed to be done, so saved even more. The vehicle was done the same day and much faster than I thought, and pickup/payment was easy and quick. I appreciate Brian and the rest of Riverside Chevrolet's service team, they have done a great job for me since I purchased my first car from them in 1996.

I came in knowing pretty well what I wanted to purchase. The sales team was nice, but I was surprised by the supposed requirement that I needed to also purchase an AutoBody Guard protection plan (at the cost of $1795). The team also assured me and my son that the purchasing process would take 30 minutes. The process took two hours. After getting home and reading all the contracts closely, I realized that the AutoBody plan was optional so I quickly cancelled it, resulting in me being without the money for 45-60 days. I was also told that I would hear from the EV charging station group in one day. It took 6 days.
