As soon as I pulled into the service area I was greeted by Mr. Craig Davis. He was very friendly and explained what would be don't to my vehicle and the time frame it would be done. I was given about an hour to an hour and a half for the device to be completed. It took less time than I was told. 10/10 experience for my first car service at the dealership!

My experience at Riverside Chevrolet was a 10/10! Craig Davis was my service tech and he took care of my needs with exceptional service. Here I thought I was going to be waiting for a quite a while. He made sure to get me in and out with my truck taken care of! Will definitely go back to get my vehicles serviced at the riverside location! Ask for Craig! Great guy!

Dropped off our car for broken/leaking exhaust pipe. Our service advisor was Craig Davis. Craig did an outstanding job communicating throughout the whole process. Only bad thing was we received call saying out of the 2 pipes needing replacement only 1 would be covered under warranty. Still working with GM to come to resolution. All in all experience was great and the car was completed by end of day. Craigs awesome customer service was the top notch.

Great working with Curtis. The reason for 4 stars is the price negotiated ahead of time was not honored when I arrived at the dealership. Also the tires were not inflated and had only 32psi. The check tire pressure light came on as soon as I arrived home. lastly there is a large scratch mark on top of the roof, looks like it's from buffing the car for delivery. I do not want to be charged for this damage when I return the car when the lease is up after 24 months.
