Well, what do you know! For at least this appointment, Riverside Chevrolet service personnel worked like a fine-tuned machine. I am used to waiting 3+ hours for a simple oil change. This time, things were pleasantly different. I was immediately served when I pulled into the service lane. Advisor Steve Edwards was attentive and efficient. About 45 minutes later, the service was complete and my vehicle was ready. Overall, impressive.

I thought that they were fair in their negotiations. Everything took too long as is normal,for some reason, when buying a new vehicle. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would defiantly consider this dealership if interested in new Chevy.
