When I took the vehicle for service due to an electrical issue, your dealership had my vehicle for 4 days and there was no loaner/courtesy vehicle available per your Chevy Service Person, Tania Cacho. However I needed a vehicle to get around. I contacted a salesman and he said why don���t they get a rental. I told him one was never offered from Tania. She just kept saying there���s no loaner/courtesy vehicles available. The salesman spoke to management and I was able to get a rental paid by the dealership. I wish Tania would���ve done this in the first place. That wasn���t customer service from her. She knew they have that option but never offered it to me. It���s appalling.
