Confirmed Service Customer
I went for an oil change and the service advisor suggested to change cabin and engine air filter but I declined because I didn't think it was needed. When I got home I looked at my records and the dealer had done it for me in the past and according to the cars owners manual it is due for another 12,000. This isn't the first time this has happened. This is concerning and leads me to believe that the service advisors are pushing items that are not necessary.
