Confirmed Service Customer
I drove in on a Friday, had to leave my car to get my a/c diagnosed. Had to call the next Wednesday to get status of my car, and I picked up my car on Friday. The service worker apologized and stated they are busier than they can handle given the number of people working there. Sounds like they are being overworked. There is no shuttle service offered at Riverside Chevrolet. I have had my car a week since picking it up, the a/c was working, but it is a week later and have to go back on Monday to get it looked at again���.:(
